Bordentown, NJ - AFS &
Assoc. is hosting a Grand Opening celebration at their model home center.
Visit "The Georgetown," a completely furnished 2,500 square foot two-story
colonial modular home, located at 81 Route 130, Bordentown, NJ. No
appointments are necessary during the open house weekend.
The model center will be open on
Saturday, May and Sunday, May 16 from 10:00am until 3:00pm for tours of the
house, and an opportunity to meet the builders, Al and Susan Fazelpoor.
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:00am on Saturday with local
dignitaries, AFS staff and representatives from Chelsea Modular Homes, Inc.
factory on hand to welcome visitors and answer their questions.
The model is designed to
showcase all the standard features of a high quality modular residential
structure complying with all New Jersey building codes. In addition, the
model is loaded with many upgrades and options including fireplace, quality
cabinetry, ceramic tile floors in kitchen and baths, recessed lighting in
kitchen, central air conditioning, whirlpool tub, central vacuum cleaner,
and more.
