Al Fazelpoor originally created AFS & Associates, Inc. as a construction and development company for commercial projects in the Toms River area of central New Jersey. He has grown his highly successful business over the last decade by sticking to a personal philosophy of quality product and best value at the most competitive rates resulting in ultimate customer satisfaction with every project.

Through his commitment to the highest standards of craftsmanship and the best building materials for their projects, AFS & Associates, Inc. has won many prestigious contracts for large, medium and small commercial, retail and professional structures, shopping malls and office complexes.

Over the past few years, Al has successfully entered the residential construction market. All the experience and professionalism that brought his firm success in the commercial market have come to the forefront for homebuyers who have trusted AFS & Associates, Inc. to build their dream home.

Concentrating on building single-family dwellings in a high-end affluent New Jersey market has sharpened Al's skills in custom building and fitting the right piece of property, house style and lifestyle floor plan to every one of his customers' unique wants and needs.

Al and his family live in a beautiful sprawling contemporary two-story home in Toms River that Al designed and built himself. His own home is a reflection of the lifestyle quality and professionalism — attention to detail — that Al passes along to every one of his valued residential customers.

Al was stick building custom homes along with modular homes when he first made the transition from commercial to residential construction. But because of consistent quality and workmanship, reliable timetable of delivery and overall customer satisfaction, AFS & Associates has recently decided to totally embrace the modular construction process and has become an Authorized Chelsea Modular Homes Builder.

Al has also been certified in modular construction technology, taking and passing the mandatory Modular Housing Training Institute (MHTI) course on on-site completion of modular houses required by Chelsea Modular Homes, Inc. conducted at Pennsylvania College of Technology (“Penn College”), an affiliate of Penn State University. Having made this commitment, Al feels that utilizing today's technology in factory-built home systems, his customers get the best possible value for their home plus his expertise as general contractor and overall project manager for all the site work, interior and exterior options and upgrades possible with his business.
